RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication” and uses this symbol in most programs

If you have a program that can read them and you subscribe, you will be advised automatically whenever something changes of the site. Such a program is the latest version of Firefox web browser or Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 7.
To subscribe do this:
1 Click on the RSS Posts feed to the top right of this web site page as shown below:
2 Click on subscribe in the next box. This is what appears in IE7, if you are using a different application this stage may be different:
3 Now in IE7 you should be able to see your feeds on the left hand side as follows:
Now whenever a new item appears on the website, this heading will be shown in “Bold”. Clicking on the feed will show you the latest item and others below that in chronological order.
