2010 IWA Trailboat festival at Newport – Live Report (at the time of the event!)

Another Whitsun bank holiday means another IWA trailboat festival, this time as a part of the Welsh Waterways Festival at Kimberly Park, Malpas just off jcn 26 of the M4 at Newport, South Wales.
