Semington
We are very easy to find, in Semington, just off the A350. Our postcode, which covers just 7 houses, is BA14 6JT. Google maps gives a very good location when this is searched. To access the slipway boaters turn right off the main road through the village, head straight down the track to the dock (rather than bearing left to the lock house) and the slipway is about 50yards down, on the Left, just before the main dry docks. If you end up in a field full of ponies you’ve gone too far!
The site contains the workshop of Wilderness Boats owned by Ian Graham.
Our website is www.semingtondock.co.uk – this has the basic information on it but is a little bit less regularly updated than ideal – more time in the day needed!
Prices (inclusive of VAT) are £15 to use the slipway for a DIY user – this is a “return ticket” price, i.e a launch and a recovery, assuming this is within a reasonable time frame. We are happy to accept cash, cheque or card payments. Slipway has just been rebuilt to IWA standards and its use does need to be pre-booked, but 24 hours notice is usually sufficient. We are not necessarily here everyday, so prior arrangement means we can make sure someone is available to show slipway users where to park etc.
Trailer storage (and parking for one car) is £2 per day. Additional cars are charged at the same rate.

We also have storage space for longer term and overwinter storage of trailer boats, which may be of interest to your members.
