Seasons’ Greetings
As another year draws to a close, we hope that those with Wilderness Boats have managed to make full use of them and have enjoyed some fine and peaceful cruising in this country and abroad. We also hope that those who just look in here to see what we have been up to, have enjoyed what has been published.
With the New Year fast approaching, it’s time to start looking at what waterways might be visited next year and what maintenance might need doing before then. Thankfully that can all be done sitting in front of the fire, with a glass of something warming nearby, together with a hot mince pie and some brandy butter.
We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
PS. The picture was taken on Tuesday 29th March 2016, the day after Easter Bank Holiday Monday, on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal at Gargrave. It only goes to prove that there is a greater chance of snow at Easter than at Christmas!
